While the doctor is competent, they scheduled a cleaning for me here (instead of my regular dentist) and the hygienist showed up extremely late and did a haphazard job. While things like this happen, they made me pay fully upfront for the cleaning which my insurance covers at 90%, but after 4 months they have still not submitted the coverage to my insurance, so I am essentially out $150. Even after contacting the Better Business Bureau, the office still has not responded.
