After weeks and weeks of pressure to continue my treatments with absolutely no clear plan as to what and when I will have my teeth done, they couldn't even provide an accounting of the total cost. The staff was unprofessional and terse and basically unresponsive, they would not check insurance coverage, they wouldn't add up the procedures, all they did well was pressure me to get back into their office to take the next unclear step in removing my teeth.
