This practice does not send text message reminders (phone calls/emails) yet is very happy to cancel an entire two month treatment plan following f2f consult via text message if you do not confirm your attendance via phone/email. They don’t need patients.
Dr chan and team are great. It’s hard to get an appointment and can be costly but they do try to give you the best possible care in your situation.
Bit expensive but good Dentist
Customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I was recommended to see Dr Chan urgently. The office was closed so I left a message but never got a call back. I rang again and couldn’t get an appt for 5 months. I explained my situation but the Receptionist just said that was the earliest appt. Absolutely no regard for the urgency at all!
Matthew was so personable, thorough and helpful. He very clearly explained his assessment and recommendation not to proceed with a particular procedure. Patient, thorough and inspired confidence and ease. Thank you!
