We just moved in last month and, while I love the actual apartment and my neighbors are great, twice now I've had to call them due to the kitchen sink not draining, the garage disposal not working, and the power along my bedroom wall not working. Plus getting maintenance over is difficult (though maintenance themselves seem great) since I'm always at work, don't want people in my apartment unattended, and they won't let maintenance come by when the kids are home (they're teens, not little kids).
