Amanda Kossmann was so nice and helpful through the whole process! She showed me options and availability, it just wasn't in my price range, but if it were, I would've loved to live here, knowing they have staff like Amanda working there. Thank you!

I have lived here for over a decade and have NEVER posted a review here, however through all the staff Morgan properties has been through. I have NEVER met a kind soul like their new manager Amanda . She goes above and beyond. My check was mistakenly placed into a different account and Amanda worked hard to get to the bottom of it and made sure this matter was resolved immediately. Office and maintenance personnel at Perinton Manor Apartments in Fairport provided excellent customer service. We loved living there but are leaving because we are having a home built. If it wasn't for that, we would have definitely renewed our lease. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Perinton Manor Apartments.
