Niki has been wonderful to deal with. So easy to talk to. Shiranna (did I spell her name correctly?) is always pleasant and friendly. Maintenance guys, James and Cody are friendly and do a great job with my WO’s.
Had some ice Infront of my side walk had put in A maintenance request and within three minutes, the maintenance guy was here salting the sidewalk. They been super great with responding quickly to maintenance request And they make sure they get the job done right the first time.
Nikki is absolutely amazing as a rental manager. As with anything, some things are out of her control but what she can help with and support with, she goes above and beyond.
While living at Perinton Manor, the office staff and maintenance staff were great. . Niki and Amanda went above and beyond when ever I needed help. The same with the Maintenance team. They fix things in a timely manner and with a smile!! The location is very convenient within walking distance to Wegmans! I do recommend making your home at Perinton Manor!
We strangely weren’t allowed to see the apartment before moving in and now we understand why. Extremely expensive prices for paper thin walls and you can act like a college dorm here. You can hear every other apartment standing in your kitchen, the door bells are extremely old and very loud causing the drug dealer neighbors they do nothing about to wake the apartment up all through the night.
