Awesome service and caring staff
I LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. DUFFY she is the BEST. She is very personable, remembers me, isn't afraid to touch my face after washing her hands of course and is very thorough. I like to ask questions and talk and she's NEVER RUSHED ME.
My girlfriend went their because she needed help. She was their for the 14 day program. Received their Certificate of Achievement on 6/19/18 signed by the Counselor and Manager. Stating that she has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the recovery process from chemical addiction and has undertaken her own recovery program. 2 DAYS LATER SHE WAS USING. 1 WEEK TO THE DAY SHE LEFT. SHE DIED OF A OVERDOSE. WHAT WOULD YOU RATE THIS PLACE ! 1 STAR was way to high.... She went in to receive help but Hope Haven failed her. ... read more
Dr. Jehan is the worst. Called to refill an existing prescription. Waited over a week and after they said they would refill, then days later stated shey would not. Since I called to refill due to a trip out of the country, I will now be without my medication for a month. Jehan didn't care. Poor communication and patient care. I have moved away from Perinton Health Center as a result.
I called to find out the status of my brother. First time I was transferred to a number no one answered - aftyer 45 rings. The second, third and fourth call to the same number, resulted in 3 hang ups. WHAT GIVES???? What happened to answering phones. All of my appointments at Genesee Valley Dermatology are very thorough, yet quick.
Hands down the best dermatologists in the area. Dr. Duffy is the first dermatologist I've had that sat down with me and made a really detailed game plan for my skin. She asked me what ideas I had and then gave me a ton of tips and ideas for vitamins and teas and antibiotics. Hands down the friendliest, most professional, and helpful dermatologist I've been to in years.
