We did the birth mindset class with Donna and she was great! It was one on one which was very helpful
Donna is great, I had a prenatal massage with her when I was around 38 weeks pregnant. She also came to my house super last minute while I was in labor & preformed reflexology on me & I was able to get a little bit of rest because of it!
I saw Donna at 40 weeks + 4 days for a prenatal massage. I was past due and very uncomfortable. She not only gave me a prenatal massage, but she also gave tips on how to relax my body and find more comfort after our session. The massage was amazing! I left the appointment feeling so relaxed. I went into labor 6 hours later and I really believe Donna helped me trigger the relaxin hormones needed. I would definitely recommend!
37 weeks and took prenatal yoga session with Dona! Highly recommend !
