I had came here recently last year for my other pregnancy & it was fine. This year no one ever answers the phone I had an appointment today at 10:00am they sent me a confirmation yesterday I was here at 10:15am & no one is here … how is that possible. It is now 11:19 am I was hoping someone would have walked in and I am very upset, confused and disappointed. Why is no one here if I had an appointment and why does no one ever pick up the phone ? Is there another number ?
No one answered the phone, email, voicemail and the clinic was closed everytime we went to collect our much needed report. It seems this clinic has some big time problems although the tech who did the ultrasound was great. Not sharing the report/ result after weeks is unacceptable in medical matters.
Avoid this practice at all costs. They did my anatomy scan but never transferred the results to my provider. My follow up calls and requests for the results have all been ignored, despite having been told by the sonographer during the scan over a month ago that there was a high risk issue that would need to be monitored closely for the rest of my pregnancy.
When you walk in this facility, you feel like you are heading to spa not an ultrasound center.. very clean and welcoming entrance and rooms. Technician Kristine is the best, she is so kind, comforting and helpful always explains what she does and walks you through the whole process. Definitely recommend this center
I am extremely disheartened by this company. I took two ultrasounds w/ the last one an ultrasound tech who worked out of the FemGyn 7th Ave office in park slope Brooklyn stating she would call me by 1pm on March 30th after stating she wanted a doctor to look at my ultrasound to get a second opinion. 1 pm came she never called I had to call and they stated she left for the day I have called FemGyn every day to catch one of the ultrasound techs and literally have not been able to get assistance with my questions , diagnosis an... read more
