The nurses and Ultrasound technicians are very kind but anytime you call you get so much attitude and push back. Honestly I hate calling to make an appointment that I need. I swear staff, I am not trying to make your life difficult by calling, im just trying to get care.
I’ve been calling since Monday July 27th to schedule an ultrasound referred by my OB. I’ve been speaking to Morgan. When I first spoke with her on Monday, she told me my referral hadn’t been approved and that they would call me. I called back on Wednesday July 29th and spoke with Morgan again. Before even gathering my information and checking the status of my referral, she was quick to say that I needed to wait 1-2 business days from the day that the referral was placed to get it approved. I have to come here every other week. The ultrasound techs are so nice but the front desk is not. Specifically MORGAN. She is so rude and condescending and her agenda seems to be to stress you out and not help you at all. I am always kind to others and it’s so hard for me to understand why someone like her chose this position only to cause emotional harm to others. The staff is always great. They make you feel comfortable and explain what they are doing and why. My baby is one who likes to hide her little face. Serena took the time to find her face and move me around so we could get some great pics of our little girl.
I had to come for NSTs 2x/week for almost two months and every time the staff has been incredibly nice and so helpful! They’re also so knowledgeable about labor and delivery that I always left with so much information given it’s my first baby. Gina was my nurse primarily and sooo sweet! Not sure why people left low reviews, they truly are professional, kind and so supportive throughout this journey.
