I had to come for NSTs 2x/week for almost two months and every time the staff has been incredibly nice and so helpful! They’re also so knowledgeable about labor and delivery that I always left with so much information given it’s my first baby. Gina was my nurse primarily and sooo sweet! Not sure why people left low reviews, they truly are professional, kind and so supportive throughout this journey.
The staff at the Perinatal Maternity Care Center has been nothing short of exceptional. Throughout my high-risk pregnancy, they offered unwavering support, compassion, and kindness at every step. Every visit was met with warmth and friendly faces, which made such a difference with my experience! I haven’t even gone to my appointment and I already got attitude from MORGAN. Supposedly they called me when I’ve been waiting for there call for weeks now I finally got the referral in the mail and decided to give them a call to make an appointment and she was like “finally your calling back thank you” like excuse me 1st of all I never got any calls and second starting off your sentence like that after I called you first is very rude. Not looking forward to this appointment
I always have such an amazing experience here. The staff is very attentive, accommodating, and exceeds expectations. From the front desk staff, to the sonographers, the doctors, and all the staff in the back, I always feel welcomed and enjoy coming here to see my baby! The staff always makes sure I have a great experience, especially Serena. She’s very patient with me and my baby and always makes me feel comfortable, making sure that I have a great experience every visit.
