The front receptionist is literally one of the worst people ever. Judgmental for what? Especially when you look like that. Just rude, unprofessional and not worth coming here. You feel the bad vibes right away. They are not good people to deal with. How about treating people kindly during a hard time? They need to get someone else in the front. If you hate your job find another one. Idk what her qualifications are if she even has any.
Terrible place would not recommend coming here. Original appointment was at 1015. They asked to moved to 945. Arrived at 930. Did not even get called back til 1115. These doctor offices think are time is not valuable and it’s frustrating. Fix your appointment times or make less of them. It’s not that difficult.
I’m gonna be honest I was a little skeptical coming in considering the two out of five reviews lol . I brought my book and water ready since I was prepared to wait a long time. To my surprise, they were extremely efficient and timely on everything and all the nurses and doctor were extremely nice. I had my appointment at 8 AM and I was out by nine - but that included signing all the paperwork, getting my vitals, having my ultrasound, and having the doctor do an additional ultrasound ( to verify some comcernimg things found) ... read more
Absolutely hate coming here. Pregnancy is already uncomfortable enough, and having to sit in a cold waiting area for over an hour is both inconsiderate and frustrating. They consistently overbook appointments, and after waiting at least 30 minutes they’ll tell you that you’re “next,” only for the wait to continue. Be prepared to sit for at least an hour past your scheduled appointment time before being seen. First visit and I wait a whole hour and some minutes to be seen for my appointment. They have such a strict scheduling policy but they take a whole hour past your scheduled appointment time to see you!! Bad service. Doesn’t make sense They need more doctors or better nurses. I went in the office to double check they didn’t call my name and the front desk lady said I only had one patient ahead of me but left four women up before me….
