First visit and I wait a whole hour and some minutes to be seen for my appointment. They have such a strict scheduling policy but they take a whole hour past your scheduled appointment time to see you!! Bad service. Doesn’t make sense They need more doctors or better nurses. I went in the office to double check they didn’t call my name and the front desk lady said I only had one patient ahead of me but left four women up before me….

I had an appointment on November 4th and November 6th and all the staff from front desk, to the Nurse, to the Ultrasound Tech., to the Doctor were all amazing! Yes it does take a while to be called in but every appointment is for different reasons so be patient because you do not know what news the previous person is receiving! But overall great service.
The perinatal center at Pomona Valley Hospital gave us such a great experience with our anatomy scan. They explained everything in detail to us and really put our minds at ease. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and friendly! I would recommend this center to anyone who wants a great experience for their anatomy scan!
