Absolutely hate coming here. Pregnancy is already uncomfortable enough, and having to sit in a cold waiting area for over an hour is both inconsiderate and frustrating. They consistently overbook appointments, and after waiting at least 30 minutes they’ll tell you that you’re “next,” only for the wait to continue. Be prepared to sit for at least an hour past your scheduled appointment time before being seen. First visit and I wait a whole hour and some minutes to be seen for my appointment. They have such a strict scheduling policy but they take a whole hour past your scheduled appointment time to see you!! Bad service. Doesn’t make sense They need more doctors or better nurses. I went in the office to double check they didn’t call my name and the front desk lady said I only had one patient ahead of me but left four women up before me….

I had an appointment on November 4th and November 6th and all the staff from front desk, to the Nurse, to the Ultrasound Tech., to the Doctor were all amazing! Yes it does take a while to be called in but every appointment is for different reasons so be patient because you do not know what news the previous person is receiving! But overall great service.
