This place is awful. I had to do my 20 week anatomy scan and the ultrasound tech Sarah is such a standoffish, unfriendly person. The whole time the tech didn’t talk, and when she did she was rude and had attitude, I couldn’t even enjoy seeing my baby. She acts as if she doesn’t care about how parents feel seeing their baby. She seemed like she doesn’t not enjoy or like her job, why work in a field that your just going to give off mean girl vibes to your patients?? It's extremely unfortunate that this is the only place that you can go for high risk pregnancy, the staff is extremely rude and stand offish. They are able to do telemed appointments if you can't make it, but you have to agree to get one, if you have no one to watch your kids for you, you're just screwed. They hangup on you mid sentence, my experience here so far has been absolutely awful.

I dropped my driver's license and one of the staff found it and had her mom post it on Facebook that they found it, they looked me up and found me on Facebook and sent me a message to let me know where I get it. I had already been looking for it and had retraced my steps, went back to where my appointment had been, ask them, had torn apart of house looking. So I appreciate everyone who reached out to me to let me know. You all saved me so much trouble. Thank you, Thank you to everyone.

When I went for my 20 week ultrasound they wanted me to go in on Christmas Eve. I live 2 hours away so it was already a far drive for me so I set my appointment for the day after new years being at 21 weeks. I asked if I could do a genetic testing and all the tests like that and was told yes. I never received those tests. After my appointment I asked for the photos to be emailed to me or if I could receive a digital copy (with the time we are in now this is the only doctors office that doesn’t do that!) I really appreciated the convenience of scheduling here, they really work with you! The front desk staff is great as well as almost all the staff I encountered! My favorite were the BPP NSTs with Deb.
