Everyone I encountered at this facility treated me with kindness and respect. The receptionists always remembered me, and the billing department was quick to fix issues. I also greatly appreciated the compassion and urgent concern I received from both Dr. Martinez and Martina relating to my pregnancy complications. I would recommend this facility to any pregnant woman.
I am being seen in the Las Cruces office and I really like everyone I've met so far, from the front office staff, ultrasound tech and the doctor I saw today. Everyone has been really nice and reassuring. I trust that they have mine and my babies best interests which is big for me. Because I'm very hard to trust providers due to major anxiety disorder. I strongly recommend this office!
They are a great place! They’ve given me the best care and have always been helpful and friendly! They take everything serious and is the best place I’ve received care from!
I hate that this provider feels so entitled to take over what my regular provider is already doing. It means twice the testing and a waste of my time. I already have a provider who I trust and is doing everything I need for parental care. But still I get urine testing and am being asked to do way to much just because of a gestational diabetes diagnosis which is the only reason I see this provider at all.
