I had a very upsetting experience at this office during my recent ultrasound. When I arrived, an intern told me she would “start me off” for about 15 minutes and then the sonographer I had seen before would take over. I agreed because I support learning, but only because I was told it would be brief. Came in for an anatomy scan, the tech told me everything looked good but they scheduled me a follow up appointment which I didn’t know was not normal. On top of that they failed to give my main doctor the results of my fist ultrasound.
This group is so inconsiderate. There is a no children policy which is fine if told prior and my last visit there where children allowed which was one month ago. I literally was had a small.child that was going to be picked up in less than 3 minutes and was kicked out. Mind you I was already in pain and I even asked for a chair to sit outside and was told no. Worst experience. My pregnancy is considered as high risk due to history of incompetent cervix. My OBYN referred me to Dr. Helm's office for weekly cervix checks, starting today. I had my first ultrasound last month & the office did not verify my insurance (even after providing them my insurance information the day of my ultrasound), resulting that they are not in Network with my insurance. Therefore, that ultrasound visit was not billed & they're expecting me to pay for the visit like it's my fault they did not do their job... read more
