I was referred to Dr. Helm’s office by my OB/GYN to have my anatomy scan repeated. I was already feeling very anxious and nervous about the appointment, especially because I was attending the appointment alone without my husband. They just stressed me out by saying , “ kid might have septal defect” ok . What do you mean “might”. Doctor helm came and said ,” a hole in the heart”. Why wasn’t it noted at 25 weeks. What do you mean ? “ baby might have” Lady who was doing ultrasound said, “ he might have.but you don’t have to loose sleep over it “r u kidding me woman.
