Awesome facility. Never had to wait in line, people are really friendly and professional
Entire staff was amazing my entire pregnancy, being high risk and very nervous Lisa made sure to monitor as often as needed I absolutely recommend all mothers to be to use them . AMAZING !!
Please note that this review is for the billing office. The staff at this office were all wonderful and I had a great experience my entire pregnancy. This issue I have is with their billing office. When first calling to make an appointment I was told they accepted my insurance. What I did not know was that they didn’t not accept my insurance as full payment, so I had to sign over checks to them from my insurance company and then pay the difference. Everyone was very nice but beware of the billing for testing. The day of my bloodwork I got called in before I finished filling out the forms. They had me sign it and one of the staff completed the form for me. A few days after I was discharged from the hospital after losing my baby I received a notice that my insurance company wasn't covering $3,900.00 for the Natera lab bill which I did not have the money for.
