Called Perina about an emergency that needed to be resolved as soon as possible. They sent someone out within the hour and rectified that day. will be using them again
I called up Perina on Friday night as I had a burst pipe in my ceiling. Their plumber took 3 and half hours to arrive and simply turned the water meter off and said they'd come back on Monday to fix it. So I had to spend the whole weekend without water and they still had the audacity to charge me a $600 emergency call out fee. Simply disgusting.
Plumbers arrived late yet I was still charged a ridiculous amount. $550 to service one toilet is beyond a joke.
