Dr. Lambert is the worst physician I have ever been to. I have two special-needs children annd every single month I have to call and go through an entire ordeal on the phone to get my medication refill. Every single month I go without because he is unable to sign off on my prescription in time. I do not ask for a lot as a patient. Dr. Lambert is extremely disappointing and I do not recommend him If you want prompt and good quality healthcare, go somewhere else.
Dr. Grant is so caring and helpful. She always takes the time to listen and explain.
Still required to wear a mask. Apparently they don’t know that it prevents nothing. Don’t trust these people with your healthcare
Very disappointed with this practice. Both the receptionist at appointments and then the lab assistant were both so rude when I enquired about the procedure of my appointment that I cancelled my appointment. I am a fairly new patient, have had concerns before with regards medication that did not agree with me, prescribed at this practice, this would have been my second appointment and to have been treated so badly in a health care environment where patients are ill is disturbing. Nurse and front desk staff are great but the doctors are not. I’ve never left a doctors appointment and had a panic attack from feeling so overwhelmed. Nyguyen did not listen about any of my concerns and did not chart accurately to what I stated she charted completely opposite of things I was stating. Terrible experience especially for someone with anxiety.
