If you don’t mind rats and bugs coming into your apartment you will love it lol walls are very thin loud kids running up and down the stairs you will not get any proper sleep very old appliances my advice to you look elsewhere

If your looking for a great place to live Perimeter Lakes has it all, location and a great staff. The Staff knows everyone’s names, and is there to help lead by the property manager and leasing agents, and Head of maintenance and staff. They work hard to make you feel that your issues are priority!
