Even before moving in, I was taken aback at the professionalism of the staff at Heritage Station. Brent Sobol leads by example and his team follows suit. The grounds are well maintained and it was great to see community activities posted for children. This is a great contrast to what I was used to. Its the peripheral things we often take notice of. Constant noise, and banging all times of the night, and something is always broken. When you complain, leave a negative review, or survey they get together and retaliate against you. When it came time to renew my lease they discriminated against me, and offered me 3-5 months (the months with the highest rent in attempt to force me out). only at first. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! Indigo Creek Apartments is a joke and Management is extremely rude, disrespectful, and don't actually care about your health or your living conditions. I have lived here a little over a year and have had numerous issues, AC unit leaking almost every month, AC unit not working twice, COCKROACH infestation, ant issue, not lighting around buildings, no parking, and so much more. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the Windsong office management did help me on multiple occasions above just a normal expectation, and for that I am grateful. My low rating is for the experience I had upon exit. You can view images on my google review, this site doesn’t allow pictures. I was billed $150 for cleaning expenses and this is what my apartment looked like when I left it.
