I took my X3 in for the pre-paid full service package and was greeted by Dan Carden. Dan walked me through all the things they would fix and explained the process. I hadn't even noticed some of the dings Dan pointed out! He followed up with me periodically to let me know how it was going and finally that my X3 was ready.
