1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality The experience was not a satisfying one. Lack of communication and not fulfilling expectations. I passed up several repair shops to get to you all based upon the fact that I assume the customer service would be better. I was wrong. My vehicle left with swirl marks over the entire car that wasn’t even there when I brought it in. Repair job was delayed by two days and I got to the shop open to find out that part of what I brought my vehicle in for was not even addressed.... read more
