This is the third time Anthony helped with the technology of my BMWs. This new car has significant upgrades and his knowledge and patience are greatly appreciated. His explanations are simple and clear. Plus he goes out of his way to provide follow up in case I mistakenly undo a setting.
Perillo employee (Freddy) turned around a horrible situation by providing amazing service. Because of him, I've decided to stay with Perillo for my next car purchase. My 2023 i4 eDrive was in a minor fender bender. I took it to the Perillo Collision Center for the repair. The customer service was lacking and the repairs were taking unusually long.
