Overall a good experience. I have purchased 2 cars through this dealer. I had one issue on my first vehicle when they did not acknowledge that a non-OEM tint had been placed on my vehicle. They should have helped me deal with it as the tiny should not have even been on a lease vehicle. Other than that, good experience.
Terrible experience and a complete waste of time. After reading the other 1-star reviews, I can confirm they’re completely accurate. The only person who genuinely seemed to care about the service was the actual service technician, Angelo — a great guy and very professional. He even reached out himself. Unfortunately, getting proper help meant dealing with several employees who came across as arrogant and more concerned with appearances than helping customers. My husband and I were in the market for a new BMW and made an appointment with Freddy at Perillo. He was awesome for us from start to finish, communicating with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions, and following through with all of the annoying requests to see certain cars & colors side by side. Freddy and the rest of the Perillo team made this process super easy and we were able to drive away with our new X5. Highly recommend!

I am on my 3rd BMW and used to go to this location frequently prior to 2012. The service back then was what you would expect from a luxury car dealership, top notch. I went there recently to look at a vehicle with a friend and was shocked at the 180 turn in service. I wanted a car wash, which is a service that all BMW dealers are supposed to give owners for free.
