Got an oil change performed on June 3rd at the recommended mileage. Took 2.5 hours even with a morning appointment. (It took 2.5 hours the year before too). Kind of ridiculous timing wise but whatever. Got the car back, it drove fine. Since then I have put 4,000 miles on it. I randomly got an “Critical low oil” warning, immediately pulled over and got road side assistance involved. ***1 Star (would give zero if possible)*** I drove 45 minutes to this BMW dealership, and it was a complete waste of time. Parking was miserable, the showroom staff ignored me when I walked in, and I had to track down a salesperson myself. When it came time to test drive the car I specifically came to see, it was buried on the third floor of their garage, and it took them 45 minutes just to bring it down. Dear BMW, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership on 07/31/2025. On 07/29/2025, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Upon returning today, 08/31/2025, I discovered that brake fluid had been changed instead of the motor oil. Furthermore, my request to have a warning light cleared from my car's screen, which was preventing use of the camera, was not addressed.
