If you are looking for Chiropractic integrated health care or a Pilates private or group class, I highly recommend Dr. Meagan, Kyleea and Victoria at Peridot Wellness. Peridot offers an integrative healthcare clinic combined with a boutique pilates studio, both reformer and mat. The studio space is calm and relaxing with a clean and warm aesthetic. I had cupping and needling done by Nadia, I had a lot of tightness in my neck/traps and lower back. After the treatment I felt so much better, lighter on my feet and was able to workout without discomfort. I felt very looked after and will definitely be back again. Thanks Nadia !! 10/10
I had cupping and facial acupuncture with Nadia. It was an amazing experience. First off Nadia was extremely attentive to all my needs and concerns and the listened and assessed carefully. She had such a calming energy and I felt super comfortable with her, even though it was my first time doing facial acupuncture. I left the place super relaxed and feeling great! I’ll definitely be back to see Nadia.
I had the most wonderful time with Nadia. I felt very comfortable and relaxed while she did both cupping and acupuncture on me. She was quite knowledgeable with her practice and was able to answer all the questions I had. Her professionalism was top tier and I would highly recommend doing sessions with her. I hope to see her again when I return.

She was incredibly caring and considerate throughout the entire treatment, taking the time to ensure I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I left feeling so rejuvenated and well cared for! Nadia’s warmth and professionalism make her an exceptional practitioner! Peridot wellness is also such a beautiful space with so much natural light!
