The office manager at the Clinton twp/new Baltimore office ERIN was very rude and disrespectful for no reason at all which I thought was weird🤔 she has no problem solving skills! I will not recommend this place if you are looking for professionalism and competence in a manager she is a reflection of the doctors so if they allow this type of person in their office what does that say about them? I am appreciative of the receptionist though they were very polite and accommodating initially.
I absolutely LOVE the entire staff at Periodontal Specialties. Dr. Leone is AMAZING and super nice. Lisa is awesome and so enjoyable to talk to, even when my mouth is full of instruments! The front desk is always pleasant and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend. :) Judie
I had to have an implant put in after resorption started in one of my front crowns after 20 years. The tooth broke off under my gums and needed to be removed and an implant put in. Dr. Leone was amazing. The procedure went incredibly well. He even did some crown lengthening for free during the procedure. I cannot say enough about Dr. Leone and all of his staff. They made me feel comfortable and at ease at every visit. Highly recommend them!
