I have been going to Dr Perichak since I moved to Ohio is 2020 . I have gone to many eye Drs over the years and none have been as good as him. He is always super nice, and explains everything to you. Highly recommend.
Dr. Perichak, was nice, smart, patient, kind and very professional. He answered all of my questions related to my eye care. I would recommend him to anyone who would like an optometrist. The clinic/warby park workers were very welcoming. They also did a fantastic job. 5 stars for sure!
My eye exam by Dr. Perichak was very thorough. Loved the VR Field of Vision test. The entire exam took about twenty minutes and then you have the great Warby Parker collection of frames and lenses to select from. I drove a hour and a half for the eye exam and it was well worth the drive. I’ll definitely return next year.
This was the best eye exam experience of my adult life. The exam was thorough with an excellent combination of technology and information provided by the doctor. He has excellent bedside manner, also. All of the required information was provided to submit a claim to my insurance, too. I highly recommend this practice.
Had my most recent eye exam here along with the purchase of my glasses at Warby Parker. Wow! This prescription is sharp.
