On Monday 5/4, my family and I ordered from Nash & Smash. The food was pretty good until my brother bit down on a staple inside his Nashville chicken sandwich. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Manni, who told me the store manager would call me back. I never got a call. I called again and spoke with Siza (I believe that was her name), explained the situation again, and once again asked for the store manager to contact me. Still no callback.
