Ordered Nash and Smashed w/Fries and Drink and a chocolate milkshake. Asked if the drink could be upgraded to a milkshake and the guy said it had to be charged separate which is fair. I told him I would take a fountain drink and the milkshake, and that I wanted a coke as the drink. However when I got back to the office and went to eat it occurred to me that they never gave me the drink which was still charged as part of the fries and drink.
