I always assume people are with good wills, but Pergoroof changed my perception of human nature in this country. Pergoroof took my $40K deposits two years ago, could not get anything done, and has not returned my deposits as stated on the contract. The company CEO Seymur played ghosting and texted or called two to three times saying the money will be returned next week, but kept ghosting on me from time to time and not picking up calls in the past 3 months and never returned money. Just don't hire them. They do not respond to calls or emails. They promise things that don't ever happen. Their installers do terrible work (huge scratch on our retractable awning plus many other smaller scratches and paint issues). The awning was installed over 1 year ago and still our problems have not been fixed. Trust me, do not use them. Unreliable, terrible work and non responsive. Just not worth it!
