We had our pergola installed 4 years ago now to replace our old leaking one. We also got them to do the verandah fencing. They came up with a fantastic design as so went ahead with it. At first communication was faultless. Once finished there were minor details I wanted putting right this is where they became disinterested. Have problems with a pergola installed by Pergolas of Distinction. Water sitting in drains, pouring down walls. Have contacted their office many times. They are not interested in fixing the problem. They don’t get back to you, and no attempt to fix the problem!
I cannot thank and praise POD enough for the job they did building my pergola, but I'm going to try. After visiting Hamish and the team at Pergolas of Distinction's yard and looking at options for pergolas, my wife and I decided to contract POD to built a large and intricate carport and outdoor entertaining area at my house. I found them to be friendly and helpful when it came to finalising the design. The quality of workmanship on display was evident and my wife and I were blown away with the quality of the build.
