I'm an experienced grappler and I came to this academy to visit and cross train. The coaches were super welcoming and informative. The facility was great. They had plenty of mat space and a locker room for me to store my stuff. My training partners were a pleasure to work with. The instructions were very clear and I learned some great techniques.

If you want to train to be your best, be with the best. Simple, just go to Performex. Hubs is in the best shape of his life because of them. In turn, he can better protect himself in the line of duty and come home to us every day. My 12 year old enjoys the kids' classes and had never done anything like it before. Like anything else, you get out of it what you put into it. Beginner or pro....just go!
