There's no refunds even if items are never delivered, sent wrong colored items. They put you on hold then hang up on you or transfer you back to the regular number to avoid them getting graded.
This is by far the most laid back company I've ever run across. Todays business is far too fast, it would be in my best interest to NOT do business with this company - probably saved my life. I can be patient, to a point - this was ridiculous.
Absolutely awful customer service. Do NOT waste your time or money with these people. They don't care about money or their reputation. I was on a purchasing deadline, and they just don't care. Will never do business with them again. EVER!
