Not just a gym but a true community that welcomes everyone. Feels like home. All of the staff and trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Best customer service. The facility is very clean and functional with great equipment for all ages and levels of fitness.
I have been a member at PerformanceGaines since 2014. The coaches, staff and facilities have always exceeded my expectations. The community that Chris has built is second to none! You would be hard pressed to meet a more inclusive and ethical gym owner, or a more knowledgeable group of health and fitness professionals.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. This business lacks basic ethical standards and fails to treat its customers with fairness or respect. From incomplete misleading communication to poor customer service, it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe it’s important to share this so others can make informed decisions. I strongly urge anyone considering Performance Gaines to proceed with caution — or better yet, look elsewhere.
Location is great, think twice before using their inhouse PT provider: they kept moving my time around then tried to push me to the "new guy" to fill his schedule -- that was enough of being a commodity and went to the PT down the street.
