Joined about a month ago and have really enjoyed the experience so far. The workouts are challenging but leave you feeling amazing and strong afterwards. I have tried lots of new things, but the coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable to ensure you are lifting safely and at a weight that makes sense for you. Performance 360 in PB is the real deal. The trainers know their stuff and actually care about form, not just running you into the ground. The workouts are tough but super effective, and the vibe in the gym is welcoming no ego, just people trying to get better. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve conditioning, or just push yourself in a good environment, this is the spot.
Disrespectful business that plays loud music at 5:30 in the morning that can be heard 2 blocks away in a neighborhood where people are trying to sleep.
Love this gym! The instructors are very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. Very energetic and positive environment with a great sense community. Highly recommend checking it out!
