Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Also very patient as I struggled with new passwords!!
I would say we had a very positive experience. Dustin W was very helpful and knowledgeable and the dealership gave us a fair trade on our car and that part of the sale went well. We did feel that the add-on products, such as the ceramic finish and the tire/etc. warranty were highly priced, so we opted not to take advantage of those. We did leave the dealership without some of the paperwork that we requested, as the finance person was called down to the Toyota dealership and was not available when we finished our transaction.... read more
