I visited this store about five or six months ago. As a newcomer, I assumed that the standards for eyewear in Vancouver would be very high. However, to my surprise, they gave me glasses with the wrong prescription. When I pointed out the issue, they acknowledged the mistake and made a new pair, but it still didn’t work. After two or three months of follow-ups, three different pairs of glasses, and using up my entire vision insurance for two years, I still couldn't use the glasses.
