They offer the best customer service. Kelly is very kind and very responsive!
Do Not come here for medical reasons. they charged you additional fee without explained to patients ahead of the time.
First time getting my eyes checked at this office. Dr Yip was wonderful, listened to all my concerns took everything seriously and arranged for further care. At reception was Mr Kelly Singh. Kelly was so easy to relate to, I was having issues with the prescription being slightly off and he needed to know I was happy with the final outcome. We dealt with the situation right away and got it fixed. Many thanks to this wonderful team. A very satisfied patient.
We were vacationing in Vancouver and my son's contact lens fell out (and of course, we left his extras on the counter at home). Not only was Performance Vision Eye Care helpful in replacing his current lens, but he also made suggestions on new lenses given my son's issues with his fit on his existing contact lens. If only we could make him our regular eye doctor!! The best we have ever experienced. Thank you for being there!!
