First time getting my eyes checked at this office. Dr Yip was wonderful, listened to all my concerns took everything seriously and arranged for further care. At reception was Mr Kelly Singh. Kelly was so easy to relate to, I was having issues with the prescription being slightly off and he needed to know I was happy with the final outcome. We dealt with the situation right away and got it fixed. Many thanks to this wonderful team. A very satisfied patient.
We were vacationing in Vancouver and my son's contact lens fell out (and of course, we left his extras on the counter at home). Not only was Performance Vision Eye Care helpful in replacing his current lens, but he also made suggestions on new lenses given my son's issues with his fit on his existing contact lens. If only we could make him our regular eye doctor!! The best we have ever experienced. Thank you for being there!!

This place is the best and Kelly is amazing! I was away and needed to get contact lenses for a wedding event, Kelly got on the phone when the clinic was closes and helped me get my lenses (needed to verify a high prescription). The service here is unparalleled and I got an amazing pair of glasses for a great price.
Great place and great help. I got new glasses. I also got my previous glasses fixed that nobody could fix. Very pleasant people and very resourceful. Great selection I am very happy I went there. Great location
