When you show up at the will-call counter. Then you have front counter people and management are you lady who generally works will call walking around with a clipboard acting. You have one of the big Hispanic guys working the front counter parts look right at you and clear his throat. the absolute worst service ever. 38 years driving and I have never seen a shop as slow as this. I 610 location. I have been here for 9 days and counting for dpf cleaning. service writers are terrible and apparently so ad are the mechanics.
