Took my car there for a whining noise it was making, no other shops in town could properly diagnose it without the CEL on.. Well performance diagnosed it and fixed it with no problems. Only shop in town I will let work on my car. Recently dropped it back off to get a transmission upgrade on it, I trust them and their word. Great shop
Awesome customer service! Knowledgeable about a motorhome that's older than themselves! I've been to another diesel mechanic and Warren Cat...Performance outperformed them, hands down! The cost of their service was affordable. Given my antique motorhome is a bit of a challenge to me, trying to understand her workings. Robert gave me a brief tutorial and I was, oh so thrilled. What I had attempted to glean from those intimidating Blue Books, was explained so that I could understand, in a few minutes! Awesome place!
I have been going to performance for several years. (spent thousands of dollars with them). went in for an estimate a few weeks ago and they charged me $80.00 for the estimate. It wouldn't be so bad if they had told me about the estimate charge --UP FRONT., but they didn't.....Bad business practice!!!
Very satisfied with the customer service and the price of the repair for my vehicle. All of the employees that we dealt with were friendly and more than willing to help.

Dissappointed – I am very dissapointed in Performance Trans/Auto these days. Their customer service is subpar at best. Beware of their new "proactive" advice philosophy. The good thing is that there are new auto shops opening in the area so we have choices! :) And all of them have great customer service, even the dealerships are upping their games with free wi-fi, drinks, popcorn, and competitive pricing.
