First of all - NOT a transmission shop - they farm out your tranny repair! Another auto mechanic shop putting fast $$ in front of warranty repair, this one really put me in a disgusted rage. After a $3800.00 transmission R & R visit that took 6 weeks, I paid for an oil change at the end of all of that. 4000 miles down the road, last weekend, I go to change the oil 2 days before a road trip and I find the drain plug rounded off.
