Martin's Expertise Runs Deep Adding to my earlier review, because Martin has earned it again. He recently ran me through a Functional Organic Acid and Metabolic Assessment, and the results reinforced what I already knew: this man is incredibly knowledgeable! Martin is an incredible trainer. My wife and I love working out with him. He always has a plan, focuses on form, helps us get the most from each exercise we do. Martin knows how to work around injuries and limitations for each of his clients. At 65, I am in the best shape of my life since my 20’s! Can’t recommend Martin and Performance Training highly enough. Life changing.
