Cant say enough about the customer service and service as a whole here. I can be pick especially when buying a new truck and every tiny issue I have had was delt with, with a smile on top. From my sale rep Erin to the use car manager Joey to the new car manager Mike, exceptional experience and re instilled my faith in dealerships. Thank you everyone at performace Toyota St. Catharines.
On July 21, 2026 my Toyota Highlander vehicle was flooded n Beamsville. Eventually the Highlander was towed to the YMCA dealership in St. Catharines. I am grateful to Joey Monger, Sales Manager, who was very compassionate and helpful, and Ethan Fisher who generously drove me home to Grimsby. Amanda Tennant, Assistant Service Manager, did all she could to help, and I am thankful for her efficiency and patience. Thank you, Performance Toyota.
Absolutely phenomenal customer service from Hilary and team at Performance Toyota! We travelled four hours to purchase our new vehicle and could not have been more impressed with the experience.
