Very nice new facility. Friendly staff. Clean Lounge. Free WiFi. Clean Washrooms. Showroom is nice a well-lit. Free Tea and Coffee. Always a deal happening here. Service staff are wonderful as well. They will make sure your vehicles is done right.
Got a RAV4 at performance Toyota in St. Catharines and had a fantastic experience! Sam went above and beyond to answer my 100s of questions and was responsive during his family vacation + his recommendations were perfect for my budget and needs. Amanda at the front desk was awesome and very helpful, knew tons about the rav4 and helped me get familiar with the vehicle. Jack was great/very funny and personable. Dylan was awesome and put teddy bears in the vehicle for my kids. Highly recommend this place if you need a new car.
Terrible customer service. I had ordered parts 3 weeks ago. They said I came to the shop to pick them up next day, but when I came to the shop, they didn’t have it yet. I had to come 3 times but didn’t get what I need. I called to the parts department, they answered impolitely like they don’t need customers and one of the staff said “ok I cancelled you order”. Finally I have been waiting nearly with nothing. Very disappointed about the service. Hope that you could your service and communication to customers. Thank you!
Although people and staff at the dealer ship are nice but no matter how much your sales person or financing manager try to convince you to buy the service extended warranty pretending you are not going to pay anything for a certain time, don't fall for that, don't buy it. Once you have an issue you actually PAY for fixing it, and I just knew that it doesnot cover tires , it doesnot cover brakes, not sure what it does anyways.
