I booked a lightning lane oil change for 9am and when I got there they said that doesn't mean anything and it's gonna take 4 hours, for an oil change. In my confirmation email it confirmed I had lightning lane and said they will have multiple people working on your car to get it done in no time. I needed my car afterwards not expecting that "no time" meant a 4 hour oil change. The employees were very dismissive.
We just buy RAV4 XLE Premium , mostly becouse of customer sevice that we recived from Zakk Burton. He spend huge amount of time explaining every aspect of car and buying process without pushing as to go to sales right away. Have great knowledge about car and was great at answering our questions even after first meating and was always answering on our calls and emails. He was main reason why we choose this dealership, becouse we visit two other dealerships. We would recommend him to anybody looking to buy car. Thank you Zakk.
I came in with a GM . Can't tell you how great Toyota st.catharines was with me. Ryan Harold you rock. Can't remember the finance guy name... sorry because you rock......I am back baby!!!! We loved all of you.
