Just purchased a Supra here! Everyone working here were super helpful and friendly, specifically Chris. Chris made the whole experience exciting and enjoyable (car purchases usually feel so long and tedious), while providing great insight and small talk regarding the car. This location is quite far from where I live, but I would make that trip every time, customer service and staff are just that good!
Made an online order using their website and selecting the parts for the vehicle I wanted. Received a number of emails demanding my VIN or parts are non-refundable. Told them I didn't feel comfortable with that and just wanted the parts I ordered so long as they fit the vehicle I had selected. He refused to verify that the parts fit and just said that they're sending them and are not returnable. Guess I'll shop local next time.
Looking to purchase a new GR Supra and I reached out to test drive the used model on their lot. I was told the Supra is rare and they don't want to add to the mileage (their car already has over 5K KM on it) unless I'm ready to buy it today. How am supposed to know if I want to buy it if I can't test drive it? Very disappointing experience.
Purchased a 2025 Hybrid Tundra. Dealership was great until I needed things after the sale. They had big issues registering my truck, safety sticker, gvwr on ownership and which license plate to use. When the truck had issues towing and was horrible on fuel they had no answers and were hard to get ahold of. 5 months later when I sold the truck because I was not happy with it, I could not get the salesman or financial guy to even call me back, they arent making money so they dont care.
