Couldn't be happier with our experience at Performance Toyota. Dylan Krill was our salesperson and he was fantastic from start to finish, honest, patient, and genuinely easy to deal with. The rest of the team matched that same energy. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and clearly cared about getting things right for us rather than rushing a sale. There was zero pressure at any point, which honestly made all the difference. A big thank you to Dylan and the whole crew at Performance Toyota. Five stars well earned.

If your into Toyota's , there is no better place than performance in st.kitts. They recently relocated to the YMCA drive address but I love it here. The service advisor team here goes above and beyond and really take pride in making sure you have a good experience while you wait. I've probably said this 100 times now in my reviews ever since I divorced my Ford and hopped into a Toyota. Best marriage a guy could ask for. After a huge deception at toyota in Nigara 3 years ago, this time I went to Toyota in St Catharines and it was an amazing experience. Hard to find words to explain how they work, Guys were polite , professional and helpful, furtheremore, they were patints in explaning and finding the best option for us.
