I needed a jump start. They came quickly and got me going. The driver Josh was very courteous.
Performance Towing made a stressful situation so much better. I was getting scammed by another towing company jerking me around and they came to the rescue when we were sitting in the sun with a dead car for 4 1/2 hours because the other towing company was lacking communication and professionalism. Tyler was very professional, understanding, and a great person when handling our situation. I was told it would take 1 hr 30 mins for performance to arrive but he showed up in 45 mins.
Great quick service. He took great care of my stranded car and took it to a local auto shop.
The driver Wyatt was professional and courteous. Wyatt went beyond the call of duty. A storm was just coming in my car had no power and my windows were down. He threw a battery charger on there and rolled up my windows as it started raining. And as a storm blew in heavy rain, wind, and lightning, he loaded up my car quickly and efficiently he was soaked to the bone and still did an excellent job. The business answered my phone quickly and sent someone out quickly. I highly suggest using them in the future.
Jacob and my driver took great care of my car and was easy to work with and talk to. I’ll be using Performance Towing again in the future.
