man these guys are awesome. 6-8 mo ago i had 4 new tires put on my truck.. the place(r&r) i bought the tires from also mounted them. Since then, i haven't been able to locate my lug nut key. I think they forgot to put it back after using it. Hit something in thr mud, bent some ish, permanent out of line on driver front. Killing the rubber and i JUST NOTICED wire showing 😱 Broke, busted, disgusted... need to rotate my tires, which is hard enough at house, but I can't get the lug nuts off. If you want to find a shop to replace your tires, you can go here, they'd probably do a decent job. But if you want to go to a shop where you expect efficiency, dependency and over all, honesty, DON'T and I repeat DON'T go here. I'm not the only person in reviews that have spouted that they repeatedly make promises of when they are going to work on your vehicle only to fail to do it, meet the deadline/promise or even have some way of telling you when they might be able to service your vehicle. Wanted to get a second opinion on my 2024 Honda CR-V EX wheel alignment. I had just had it performed at Pat Peck Honda, and based on what I was told, there were several areas that were out of alignment and there was no adjustment for it. I wasn't buying it. I also felt that something wasn't right with the steering centering. Well, I explained all of this to the good folks at PWT.
