I will NEVER use PTW again. Four new tires and new brakes yesterday. $2400. Now to be on the side of the road in Florida and having to get a tow from the middle of nowhere. All the bolts on the front driver side are snapped. You’re so lucky my family and I aren’t injured from your careless of our vehicle. Your mechanic snapped our lug nuts and bolts. Two separate mechanics in Florida later have both said the same thing. YOU SCREWED UP OUR TRUCK!
Father took his ram 3500 in for alignment and they told him multiple things were wrong and they wouldn’t do the service, and quoted him like about $2500 in repaired. Luckily he didn’t have time to get it done cause he works on the road and had to get back, and he asked me take care of it look at it. Well the both ends of the drag link, track bar and one not both hubs were good. They got one thing right. This is what gives us a bad name, crooks.
