Had two blowouts on tires after 20,000 miles within a thousand miles of each other, even though they had been rotated by Perfomance on their schedule, and kept with proper air pressure and were rated at 40,00 miles. When we had new tire put on after the second blow out, we went to a different tire store, we were told the other two were also about to blow from manufacturing defects. and
The person working behind the desk didnt even give me so much as a kiss my a$$ when I walked through the door to get a tire mounted in my wifes car. We were sitting in the lobby a full twenty minutes before anyone said a word to us. I really dont know why they had such an attitude when we walked through the door but I do have a few theorys and im sure all three if them will hold up.
