Had some serious tire trouble on my boat trailer. I had been going to a store in Palmer. I met John the owner and discussed the problem. He looked at the trailer and tells me the tires on it are six ply I need eight ply. Fresh set of tires no problems since. Been a loyal customer since then. Great staff that care about what they are doing for you.

Excellent service. Love the employees. My truck broke down on Rt 22 with my horse trailer in tow. Extreme weather coming in. I was panic stricken. It was 3pm on Friday night I called everywhere I could think of. The 76 Truck stop referred me to Performance. It was now late on a Friday night pouring rain, lightning. We had a horse show for final eliminations for State Champion at 7am the next morning. Sears Auto refused, left me in the parking lot in the swealtering heat with a horse.
