Have nothing but great service. First time I went, they fixed my tire for nothing and to said to just come back next time I needed tires. I did. Always honest about how much time I will spend waiting.
I have no clue what the other reviews are referring to because I've had nothing less than excellent customer service. Their super friendly as well as knowledable. Not only are they considerate of your time, but they are also honest, hard working people who won't take advantage of you due to your lack of knowledge about vehicles.
Trust me and NEVER bring your vehicle here. They neglected to screw on my radiator cap correctly causing it to overheat, for me to break down on the interstate with my scared kid and now further damage to my vehicle because of it. The mechanic left a note in my vehicle hitting on me with his number. Too distracted to do his job. Whatever the case, management won't own up to it and kicked me and my step dad out the shop. Absolutely ridiculous! Don't waste your time there. Do yourself a favor. They're complete dicks.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Being a single woman and trying to take care of my high mileage car is not easy. Went here a few times for an oil change. Asked that they put the 5000 high mileage oil in ever time. I always left wondering if they did, since I paid extra for it. The sticker on the window would always have that the next oil change at 3000 miles.
