Incredibly impressed w/ the attention to detail this crew brings to the table. During a routine oil change/transmission flush, Dillon [one of their techs] personally took me out to the shop area to highlight a few areas that should be addressed on my car. This really helped me to understand what was going on, and more importantly, allowed me to understand the 'why' behind the additional work being recommended.
