I was on the road on an RV tour and had been having problems with my coach battery and for that reason I was carrying a spare battery and needed to have it replace my installed battery. I stopped at Performance Tech Automotive without an appointment or calling ahead. The technician, Mike, was busy with a job, but called his supervisor, Chris, to get permission to interrupt his current job and help me, which he did. I really appreciate Performance Tech Automotive best customer service I've seen called at 8am out at10 they took me in i came in from out of town for a funeral and they got me together greatly appreciated Performance Tech Automotive .

Very personable, was able to identify the problem with my car and tell me everything wrong with it and listing it of order of importance so I can figure out what needed to be done immediately vs waiting a while. Very fair on pricing, as someone who doesn’t understand much about cars, he explained things to me while also not trying to take advantage of my ignorance to cars. Highly recommend!
I arrived in the area after driving 12 hours from South Dakota. My Buick's AC was not working at all. Chris and his people fixed my Buick the very next morning. Even took me back to where I was staying and picking me back up when my car was done. My car's AC is working incredibly now! I am so thankful for Chris and his people. I wholeheartedly recommend this business!
