The Subaru team did an amazing job helping me when I was really concerned about my car. Lana attended to me right away, and I didn’t have to wait for a long appointment. Ben took a look, and Ethan explained the issue clearly. The team—Lana, Ben, and Ethan—were outstanding, and even though the fix wasn’t under warranty, they didn’t charge me. I’m so grateful—amazing customer service!
Original review 3 stars: We bought a Subaru WRX, and the sales team were highly professional and efficient. When we brought the vehicle back for its 2000km health check we advised that the hand brake (pre-delivery??) was so loose that it wouldn't hold on even a small hill and asked can they tighten it slightly please. When we got the vehicle back it was so overtightened that it was slightly on even when fully released. We didn't know until it was shuddering and rumbling violently on the way home after it got hot.
