Multiple terrible experiences from the Subaru Service Centre. Had all 4x tyres changed at a service and the TPMS sensor came on for the first time when I drove the car out after the service. They said it was a coincidence and nothing to do with having all 4x tyres changed. Multiple visits and several thousand dollars later replacing all 4x TPMS sensors and the alert still comes on. Have had multiple empty promises of follow up. You can't get a reply on phone or email from anyone at Subaru. The front serivce staff are lovely ... read more
Took my car in today to have the tyre pressure sensor fixed and was served by Jacob he was really polite, friendly and helpful. Recommend using Subaru Hobart.
Service area seems disjointed & uninterested. Drove in at 8.30am. No one else waiting in queue. Sat there for 10 minutes before a service rep appeared. When collecting car only one service rep at counter who was typing on his keyboard. Waited 10 minutes until a rep appeared. I had already paid online so only needed to collect car fob. Took him 10 minutes to find it when it was on the rack all along. While I was waiting another customer was talking on his mobile.
