My experience with Sam, Astin and Tom in purchasing my first Subaru was 5 star. Totally professional, no high pressure sales but genuine and very knowledgeable about their product. Would highly recommend.

The car is good but the dealership is useless. Charged for a service despite having a prepaid service plan. Called 6 times to sort it out and nobody ever calls back. Also paid for mud flaps that were never ordered and had to follow up 1000 times before being told months later that they “didn’t exist” for the model of car.
