The service was fine, no issues at all there, but waiting over an hour to pickup you car after it’s already done and is just having paper work finalised is a joke. Wish I could charge them for the wait!

Never owned a Subaru before, but after test drives of various brands and vehicles there was a clear winner. I am so impressed by my new Outback XT Touring. I was also blown away by the outstanding customer service of Hobart Subaru . Highly recommended.
I don’t normally write poor reviews, however, I have called 5 times to book in a service and get an quote/install a towball and I have been told someone will call me back. I have then heard nothing back. This is my first Subaru vehicle and first time dealing with the service centre and I am very disappointed with the service. I am a mother of a 1 year old so is difficult to find time to get on top of my life admin so it is frustrating that something that should take one phone call had been dragging on.
