I am an athletic 43 year old, and I hurt my back canyonering on a trip. After trying rest, ice, heat etc. I looked up options online and found Performance Spine and Sport Rehabilitation. They had incredible reviews and I decided I needed to give it a try. I went in unsure, but decided to commit to 12 sessions and hope I found some success.
