Purchased a new Ariens edger. While folding down the handle to the edger, the service person stripped the bolts and nuts with a power tool. should have just used a manual ratchet or adjustable wrench. Handed us replacements that did not fit when we got home. Drove 6 hours round trip for bad service.
Took a 22 hp mower there. Living in Virginia Beach at the time. told them, I did not want to spend over 200.00 is repairs. Went back to Va Bch. Called me a month later said it was ready. I go back to pick it up. Given a bill of 173.00+. Started mower and no change.
