had them back out in October to do my roof had a few hiccups down the road once the roof was done with a leak that got worse after they did the roof but they did manage to get it fixed due to some communication errors it took a little bit longer than it should have but in all the roof looks great
I would recommend Performance Roofing to anyone! Jason and his employees are very knowledgeable, easy to work with and their customer service is out of this world. 150% satisfied with the reliability of everybody within the company.
Jason Clayton of Performance Roofing has been awesome. My roof looks amazing. He has done everything as promised. He called the week my roof was supposed to be completed and asked if we could push back a week. I of course asked why??? He was honest and told me his current situation with a customer that had signed up months after was not being patient in the pecking order to get things accomplished. We experienced a lack of communication. Work was promised to be completed and after repeated phone calls.,and being reassured someone would be here. My roof was started but not finished. The owner come to inspect and take pictures and realized it was not complete. I paid him that day with assurance that someone would be by next day to finish. A week later it was finally completed. I received the final check from my insurance company and deposited into my account. There is a 7 day business hold on all insurance checks. Now th... read more
