Had a new roof installed. They did an excellent job. Very professional team from start to finish. Cleaned up their mess. Price was reasonable.

Consumer awareness: recently the buyer of our home for sale used performance roofing to inspect a 9.5 year roof. While the home inspector did not report any roof leaks or hail damage. Performance Roofing wrote a complete different report to the buyer, stating that the roof was leaking, it has extensive hail damage and needed a full replacement. We called independent roof inspectors and insurance adjuster to inspect and they all came back with no issues to the roof except one minor problem, where excess water was not draining... read more
