That old man is very rude, disrespectful and most definitely very unprofessional. The girl that works there with him is nice but can do alot better at a different company. Would not do business ever again.
The incompetent old man is rude and disrespectful. He doesn't give refunds on damages and defective parts and blame it on the customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
